STMicroelectronics’ 1N582X series is an axial leaded, single low drop power Schottky rectifier in a DO-201AD package. This diode has exceptionally low conduction losses, minimal switching losses, and quick switching. Switch mode power supplies and high-frequency DC to DC converters, low voltage, high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, polarity protection, and compact battery chargers are typical applications.
