The 2 Channels Relay Module is a useful board for controlling high voltage, high current loads such as motors, solenoid valves, lamps, and AC loads. It is meant to work with microcontrollers such as Arduino, PIC, and others. The relay terminals (COM, NO, and NC) are removed using a screw terminal. It also includes an LED to indicate the status of the relay.

• From our tests, the control signal is 3.3V compatible, yet the VCC needs to be 5VDC. So you can use Raspberry Pi’s GPIO to activate or deactivate the relay.
