Description

Resistors commonly include three to six bars that indicate resistance, tolerance, and, in certain circumstances, temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR). Because this calculator supports resistors with five bands, we’ll go through the 5-Band Resistor Colour Code System.

In a 5-band resistor color code scheme, the first three bands reflect the resistance value’s significant digits, the fourth band represents the multiplier, and the fifth band represents the tolerance.
