Milesight VS121, is an AI workplace sensor designed to monitor occupancy and utilization in modern workspace, which can reach up to 98% recognition rate based on its AI algorithm. Milesight VS121 has dual versions transmitting data through LoRaWAN® or Ethernet for different applications.
Based on standard LoRaWAN® protocol, VS121 can work with Milesight LoRaWAN® gateway and mainstream LoRaWAN® network servers. They are equipped with Wi-Fi for easy configuration without any configuration tools.
With Ethernet transmission, VS121-P is available to provide more applications. Rich serial interfaces such as DI, DO, and RS485 are provided in VS121-P for various scenarios. VS121-P supports data push via HTTP for easily integration and allows for remote management via Milesight DeviceHub.

Higher Ceiling Mount
Breaking the barrier of the limited installation, the optional higher ceiling mount version is available to be deployed in a height of up to 7m. It is ideal for high ceiling applications like retail stores and shopping centers, bringing flexible scenario-adaptability to enhance practicability.

Embedded AI algorithm, AI Workplace Occupancy Sensor is able to accurately realize counting. The accuracy gets enhanced with continuous deep learning.
Smart U-Turn Detection
By detecting the U-shape tracks of people flow, the sensor’s accuracy is guaranteed to avoid unnecessary people counting. For example, it filters out redundant counting of people wandering the area, especially in retail stores or buildings, to differentiate people who don’t truly enter retail stores or buildings.
Large Detection Area
Installed at the recommended 3 meters height, the sensor covers a wide area of 78 square meters. It is on top of the workplaces for not letting any place hide away.
16 Custom Detection Regions
Up to 16 customized regions can be set for precise detection. Every region is independent. They are able to detect and trigger alarms individually, which satisfies specific application demands to truly accomplish customization. Moreover, the schedule can be set for more flexible and tailored performance.
Line Crossing People Counting
The line crossing people counting is added for conspicuous performance. Supporting bi-directional counting, the sensor with ultra-high 98% recognition rate gets more accurate and objective information.
Remote Management
Both VS121 and VS121-P are flexible for remote and wider application managements and have great extensibility to be opened to third platforms.
