It is an ESP8285 Infrared Wireless WIFI Transceiver Module. The esp-01m module, which has the same core as the ESP8266, may be used as the master control. The module board has an infrared receiving tube and an infrared transmission tube that is controlled by io14 and io4, respectively, as well as a burning port.
