The BCN01 is a Bluetooth BLE iBeacon that is intended for indoor location. BCN01 is based on the NORDIC NRF52832 IC and supports Bluetooth 4.2. BCN01 has a 2400mAh battery and consumes little power. BCN01 may operate for 45 years with a broadcast interval of 500ms.
BCN01 is intended for usage in conjunction with the LBT1 LoRaWAN Indoor Position Solution. Many BCN01s are put in various locations and continue to broadcast their UUID through Bluetooth. When the user brings the LBT1 LoRaWAN BLE tracker, the LBT1 continues to scan the UUID and selects the highest signal UUID to uplink through LoRaWAN. As a result, the IoT server will be aware of the location of the LBT1.
