Description

Imagine waving your hand and the lights turning on – it seems like magic. But with the interactive sensor from DFRobot, touchless gesture sensing has become a reality. You can issue commands simply by swiping your hand, and the sensor supports RGB color detecting and ambient light measuring. This arduino RGB Color and Gesture Sensor offers a new and improved way to replace traditional switches. The gesture sensor has high quality and accuracy, using the APDS-9960 chip (a single 8-pin package digital RGB, ambient light, short and gesture sensor device). An infrared LED helps to measure the short-range and gestures. The arduino gesture sensor is also able to work under low-light conditions thanks to its RGB and environmental light perception measurement. In addition, an integrated UV-IR shading filter can detect ambient light and color temperature.
